Fixtures in robotic welding systems are one of the necessary complementary equipment for the continuous and trouble-free operation of the system. MYRob does not leave its customers alone in this regard and offers turnkey solutions that include all peripheral equipment, including welding fixtures.

The most important equipment that makes up a welding cell is the “Fixture”. It is also commonly referred to as “Jig” or “Apparatus”. These structures, which ensure that the part to be welded is always positioned in the same place on a positioner or table structure, can be manual or pneumatic according to the system needs.

Robotic fixture designs are more complicated than manual fixtures and the robot, welding and automation knowledge and experience of the company or person who will design those fixtures is the basis of the success of the robotic welding system.
